A short introduction to our Board members
Our independent Board of Directors at BRB Foods, Inc. bring a wealth of industry expertise and leadership. Bruno Bonifacio, as Chairman and Independent directors Joel Gallo and Jacques Benoliel provide additional insight, with plans to appoint two more independent directors to further strengthen governance.
Paulo R. Bonifacio
Chairman, Officer and Director (59).
Co-founder and President since inception. Former CEO of Araxá Metais S.A. and Bonifacio Logistics, where he led mergers and an IPO. Over six years of experience in the dry goods industry and expertise in international business operations.
Joel A. Gallo
Director since October 2023, he is CFO of HD EDU in Shenzhen, China, and serves on the boards of companies such as Hywin Wealth Management and International Technical Holdings. With extensive experience in finance, he was CFO of CoinTiger and ETAO International Group, as well as CEO of Columbia China League Business Advisory. Co-founder of GLS Group LLC, he worked as an executive at companies such as Deloitte and PwC. Joel holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University (SUNY), a master’s degree in International Relations from Tufts University and an MPA from Columbia University.
